Billing questions
- What counts as a campaign?
- One assessment round: you invite participants, they complete the 30-item diagnostic, and you get the scored reports for that round. Running the assessment again later is a new campaign.
- How is payment handled?
- Payments run through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own hosted page and never touch our servers.
- What if we outgrow our tier mid-campaign?
- Buy the higher tier and the larger participant allowance applies immediately. Contact us if you need to reconcile a part-used campaign.
